After you’ve completed your order you’ll receive an e-mail with all the information you’ll need to follow your package via the URL that you will receive in your inbox.

We ship worldwide! If you can’t find your country in the list above, please contact us via mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us which items you would like to buy and we will inform you about the delivery price as soon as possible.
In case you opted for a pickup at Berlaar, you’ll be notified as soon as your order has been prepared. We’ll inform you with possible pick-up moments. All you’ll have to do is let us know when you’ll come by to collect your purchase. Be sure to bring your order number when you do.
Return & Exchange
You may want to exchange or return a product whether the product doesn’t fit or you aren’t satisfied with it. Or just without any specific reason. In that case, we’re happy to help you out by taking back the product.
There’s a 14 days return policy after receiving your order. Within this period you can return your item by mail or drop it off for free at our address in Berlaar. You have the option to exchange the product or get a refund.
Some points of attention before returning:
- You have 14 days after receiving your goods to inform us via email@example.com that you will return the item to us within those 14 days.
- After sending this email, you have 7 days to send the items back to us.
- Use the original shipmentbox/packaging the item was packed with or use a new one. Do not ship a product without, and do not stick any shipment labels directy onto the item. The item must be well protected against rain, movement, …
- Important: You can fit the item to check for the sizing, but in case of wear, stains or damaged items, you will not be entitled to the full purchase amount. All the labels still need to be attached in the original way, the item hasn’t been worn, washed or ironed. The item can only be replaced or refunded when it is delivered back to us in the original state.
- Bring your carefully packed item to the post office (or to our address for free).
- Make sure that you receive a track & trace code when shipping, we are not responsible for lost shipments without a track & trace code. Returning the item is still your responsibility until the moment we receive it back.
- Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email from us. In busy periods, this may take longer.
Note: If you have gone through the 14 day period, it is no longer possible to send your product back.
We always do our best to quickly process your returned package so we can work on your desired solution.
After we’ve received and processed the return, we will send the new product to you.
- the new product is cheaper or more expensive. Then you’ll receive a complete refund of the purchase amount to your account and you’ll be able to buy the item you want.
- the product is out of stock. We will refund the purchase amount to the account you have paid with.
